Design of a Hospital Sterilization Centre

Bioster proposal for the public and private hospitals and clinics includes the design, building and installation of all the equipments and systems necessary to create an efficient management in the sterilization centre of all the phases of the regeneration for the surgical instruments with internal staff and the quality certification for the sterilization centre.

The systems, the equipments, the machines and the areas inside Bioster sterilization centres are studied and realized to answer the needs of certification and accreditation of the customers. The sterilization centre is studied, dimensioned, projected and realized according to the specific needs of the customer, supplying integrated systems of areas, equipments, processes and operative procedures. This way of working enables to assemble and centralize all the activities and the needed and indispensables services and develop a correct managing of the complete hospital sterilization activity.

The studied areas inside the sterilization centre are : the incoming area for dirty disposables, to carry out and manage the decontamination, manual and automatic washing phases, the packing area, to move the clean disposables to be packed, the sterilization area, where packaged disposables are delivered to be sterilized. At the end of the sterilization phase, the products are stocked in the sterile disposables area and they are ready to be delivered to the surgery rooms for a new use.
The sterilization centre is completed also with accessorial areas, as the incoming area and dressing rooms for the personnel, stocking areas, filtration areas, washing areas for trolleys.

All the areas are furnished and equipped with certified ultrasounds washing systems, automatic washing machines for instruments, manual systems of packing with welding machines, under vacuum systems and sterilization machines with steam, peracetic acid and plasma agent.
