Sterilization Systems

Today BIOSTER is known worldwide as a leading provider of medical device sterilization services to healthcare facilities and industries and complete, turn key sterilization systems with related know-how.

Thirty years of experience in the sterilization service allowed the developing of the company branch designing, building, supplying and certifying complete turn key sterilization systems.

At the beginning this activity was only for internal needs, using the developed sterilization systems in the company different facilities; in the last years the offer is mainly addressed to the customers coming from markets that BIOSTER is not actually covering with the sterilization service, especially Africa and Asia.

The daily use of the sterilization systems helped Bioster to improve them and offer particular and technical applications together with a complete customerizing and an incredible flexibility.
BIOSTER can offer complete sterilization systems by ethylene oxide and electron beam irradiation according to the European Normative regarding the quality of the material, the recording instruments, the controlling devices and the developing cycles.

The systems are built following Italian and European Standard normative, designed to work under the general requirement of EN 1422 and ISO EN 11135/2007 and studied to have a process validation.
The supplied sterilization autoclaves are tested by the Italian Institute ISPESL.

Bioster is certified ISO 9001 for the qualification and testing of the sterilization systems and processes by the Notified Body TÜV Product Service.
