Bioster has developed and uses a new and ecological technology to destroy the ethylene oxide
residual coming from the atoclaves and extract residuals from medical devices,
to allow the release of the products sterilized following the International
Standard limits about ethylene oxide residuals, with no environmental impact
for pollution and with a real time monitoring of all the values connected to the sterilization.
BIOSTER sterilization and degassing systems allow to reduce the time necessary to release the sterile products ready to be sold and used.
Each sterilization process is studied, certified and personalized according
to the needs of the different customer and product.
From time, Bioster is sensitive and puts a particular care to the environmental respect
and to the safety of the workers through a continuous monitoring of the treatment residuals.
Physical parameters of the sterilization treatment are monitored in real time
and recorded during all the sterilization cycle. It means immediate verification
for the acceptance of the sterilization treatment carried out and a very easy
management of the quality assurance aspect.
Bioster facilities are divided in three well defined areas, acceptance, treatment and delivery area.
These areas identify the normal moving of the products which, at the end of the process,
acquires an adding value becoming a sterile medical device.
The products are controlled by qualified personnel
for the quality and quantity aspect inside the acceptance area.
In the following planning phase, the products to be processed are scheduled
and organized in order to offer an high quality service,
with extreme attention to the reduction of the waiting time for the customer.
Afterwards it is possible to proceed with the treatment phase inside the separate sterilization area;
the planned products, according to a studied production plan, are moved with electric means.
The treatment area is equipped with sterilization autoclaves, degassing tunnels, and the subsidiary equipments.
At the end of each Sterilization treatment the boxes are labelled, to assure complete traceability for the sterilized products,
and moved inside the degassing tunnels.
In each sterilization facility Bioster installed and qualified modern degassing systems,
particular rooms with controlled temperature and under vacuum, enabling
to act the degassing phase of the products reducing the release time.
Each of BIOSTER sterilization centre organizes, on a daily base, the transport
of samples for analysis to BIOSTER laboratories in the different locations,
with the result of decreasing time needed to have complete results
of analysis and costs of the customers about samples management.
At the end of the degassing phase the sterilised products, complete with all the laboratories results,
are ready to be delivered to the customer with all the certification
guarantees according to the International Standards.
